In-coming Material & Dimensional Inspection
- As per the Material identification procedures
- QC Engineers with hands on experience
- Dimensional measuring instruments like Vernier calipers – range up to 200mm Micrometer – Range up to 25mm
Non Destructive Test:
- As per the NDT procedures
- Dye Penetrant test – In house
- Magnetic particle test – In house
- Thickness measurement – In house
- Ultrasonic testing – Outsourced
- Radiographic testing – Outsourced
Weld Visual inspection:
- AWS/CSWIP 3.1 qualified Engineers
- As per the approved procedure
- Full set of G.A.L welding gauge
Coating inspection:
- As per approved procedure
- In house Salt contamination checking kit and adhesion test (Pull off test )
Hydro test & Pneumatic test:
- As per the approved procedure
- Calibrated gauges, Pump, Chart Recorder and Compressor
